Not long after she came back home, she received a phone call from some people claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse. They offer her a cheaper insurance cover, which she through to be a great deal. She realised that she has been scammed after received a warning text from Carphone Warehouse stated that there is an ongoing mobile phone insurance scam.
